S has HTF for Israeli soldiers that filmed themselves dancing to Ke$ha’s song Tik Tok. The video was originally published to YouTube under the title “PALHOD 50’ Rock the Casbah in Hebron” until it was pulled down by the original poster, likely because they got into a world of trouble with it by their commanders. Some people wonder if the soldiers were inspired by the recent video of U.S. soldiers dancing to Lady Gaga’s song Telephone:
The Israeli soldiers were reprimanded for their video, while the Americans were not. Reasoning? Israeli soldiers were on patrol – goofing off. The Americans were on base – goofing off. That’s a subtle, but very distinct difference (not to mention the American soldiers did a better job with their video).
