Check out our friendly neighbor to the south. In Mexico, things have become somewhat, shall we say, unpleasant. The economy is collapsing, the drug gangs are at war, the government is corrupt at every level, leftist guerrillas are blowing up oil pipelines, and hundreds upon hundreds of people are being killed in the cities – especially Cuidad Juarez, where 1,600 people were murdered last year alone, and as many as 700 young women have been abducted, raped and murdered since 1993. In fact, things are so unpleasant that last month, the US Joint Forces Command announced that Mexico is one of “two large and important states [which] bear consideration for a rapid and sudden collapse.” The other such state is Pakistan. A touch far-fetched? A little wishful thinking on the part of some military types who might like to launch a quick strike south and seize the massive and rapidly depleting Cantarell oil field, to, eh, better protect it from terrorists? Texas doesn’t seem to think so. The government in Austin is putting a plan together to deal with Mexico’s possible collapse and the thousands of refugees headed north that would likely produce. Like we don’t have enough problems. What we really need now is a failed state right on our doorstep. - Max Impact

Good compilation of different info on the generally poor situation in Mexico.
So are you back to regular posting or what? This whole you’re here, your not, your kinda here thing is annoying. I love your blog and sincerely hope you choose to continue regularly posting but for the love of God make up your mind.

It’s only a matter of time before the assertion that “it’s not possible to close the border” is gonna be tested, and it’ll be shown how ridiculous that idea is.
If the USSR can wall off half of europe, then the USA can close the border with Mexico.
Start with a 12-foot high fence, with razor wire on top. Then a trench, 2 or 3 meters deep, 5 meters back from the fence. Put your pressure or motion sensors or cameras down here. Then, another fence, about 20 feet high, and you put your machine guns up on top of that.
It’s totally possible to close the border, you just have to not care about killing people to do it.
And, when Mexico collapses, and you get the number of illegals coming north in a month that you currently get in a year, this’ll be on the table.

I’m sure some lurkers are probably thinking this is all racial on our part…trust me, its not racial. (I’m not naive, though…I know there’s a percentage of survivalists who are racist). If these similar situations were going on in Canada, we’de be just as concerned.

Yea I see it crapped out. Soory for lame stuff. It was about Jamaat ul-fuqra or Muslims in (of) America.
That they have “terrorist training camps” right here in USA with footage of the same. Believe it was FOX TV
