Last Fridays round of bank failures broke F.D.I.C. By Wensday F.D.I.C. is expected to have 100 bil. in new funding for this Fridays round of bank closings WILL IT BE ENOUGH. None of the articles I could find stated how much F.D.I.C. had to layout to facilitae the mergers necessary to keep the doors open at about the 400 branchs affected.

Notice the part “without reading it”? That’s how evil things happen. Good people don’t notice while evil is consolidating its power. I know that’s a little dramatic, but these are dramatic days.

Be sure you read the contract before you jump on your next bandwagon. I bet a lot of people in Germany in 1929-1931 wish they had done so. There were so many things about the Nazi party that sounded good… They seemed so patriotic and dedicated to improving the life of the average German. Who knew they would do such heinous things?

This is not a slam at the current administration. It’s the nature of all dictators to keep their policies low key until they gain a majority following. Just be aware of what you’re supporting before you go all out for anything, government or otherwise.

Doesn’t the FDIC have a HUGE (read: 100’s of billions) credit line they are about to TAP now to start paying for these failures?

Media paints it as getting better…. too bad it’s getting WORSE.

I BELIEVE!! In my AR15,my 1911 and my AK47. I Believe that they will keep me FREE. I BELIEVE there needs to be and IMPEACHMENT and some PROSECUTIONS of the usurpers in D.C. that are taking apart this country one dollar at a time.

I remember learning about the bank holiday of 1933. Then again, my degree is in History. Good thing I focused on colonial and frontier history as well. Alot of things to be learned from our rugged forbears about alot of different things such as: shotguns were more common than other types (easier to teach and shoot and repair at home); farmers planted much more than just one or two different crops AND they had livestock AND they had a vegetable garden AND they didn’t sell all of their crop and go buy all their food at the store; most people could build or make things for themselves, including clothes, tools, furniture, and houses, or at least they could repair what was broken; you re-purposed something many times before you discarded it; you spent time with your children; children listened to their parents over their classmates; you stored up food “in case.”

One things for sure: the elite wealthy of this country are doing everything in their power to convince the US government to save them from financial failure. At the expense of the US taxpayers and working people.

The right to bear arms is going to come in very handy before this is over.

Good read! We all need to keep our ear to the ground, be critical in our thinking and not believe the “Noble Lie”. Keep the heat on the elected officials, keeps our heads about us, keep on prepping mentally & physically.

Also remember that if it is the fate of our gallant country to face yet another Civil War or Revolutionary War - those who suffer through such times grow weary and lose heart after a time and reach out for the first person of strong opinion with a message of hope - often times that person is a Lenin, a Mao-zedog, a Hitler, or an O.

Be careful what we replace one enemy of freedom with - it might be a worse enemy of freedom!

On Saturday there was a rally — a “recess” rally, part of the nationwide effort to protest Obamacare — on Exchange Street in Portland. The liberty-loving were outnumbered ten to one by the paid Obamatrons. The drones are paid to be there and have signs, coffee/juice, and bagels provided by unions, political groups (esp. Hungarian billionaire Soros), and other collectivists.

It was downright sad to see the 10 or so protesters, with their hand-written signs, shouted down by the spoon-fed group parroting lines fed to them by their professional handlers.

We march to serfdom…apace.

BTW. There is a Concord Coalition [great group featuring Pete Peterson, David Walker, etc.] meeting on Tuesday, 8/25, in Kennebunk WHICH SUSAN COLLINS WILL ATTEND. How did I learn of it? The Obamatrons! They will be there in force.
